- Şirketimiz yönetim Kurulu üyeleri TTK'nın 390. Maddesi uyarınca aşağıda belirtilen hususlarda oybirliği ile karar vermişlerdir.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II – 14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan 2021 yılı konsolide Bilanço ve Gelir Tablosu'na göre Şirketimizin 2021 yılı ana ortaklığa ait net dönem karı 133.632.873 TL'dir.

Net dönem kârından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Ana Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kâr Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra, Ortaklarımıza brüt %10,00 oranında toplam 14.146.599 TL nakit temettü ödenmesi,

Hissedarlarımıza %10,00 nispetinde ve 1 TL nominal değerde bir adet hisse senedine Brüt 0,10 TL, net 0,09 TL nakit temettü ödenmesinin Olağan Genel Kurulun onayına sunulması hususunda

OY BİRLİĞİ İLE KARAR VERİLMİŞTİR.

14.04.2022 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında nakit kar payı ödenmesine ilişkin olarak yönetim kurulu kararı oybirliğiyle onaylanmıştır. 07.06.2022 tarihinde nakit kar payı ödemesi gerçekleştirilecektir.
