Şirketimiz ile İtalyan SITI B&T Group S.p.A. firması arasında, Çanakkale, Çan'daki üretim tesislerimizde kurulması planlanan "Supera Üretim Hattı" kapsamında alınacak "Supera Üretim Hattı - Taşlanmış Sırlı Porselen Üretim Sistemi"'ne yönelik sözleşme 22 Şubat 2024 tarihi itibarı ile imzalanmıştır. İlgili makine ve teçhizatların teslimatının 4-6 ay içinde tamamlanması ve üretimin 2024 yılının son çeyreğinde başlaması beklenmektedir.

İzahnamede yer alan Slab-Sinterflex yatırımı kapsamında yapılacak ve halka arzdan sağlanan fondan karşılanacak 5,54 milyon EUR'luk yeni yatırım ile mevcut eski granit hattımızda yenileme ve geliştirme yapılarak, 120 cm.x280 cm. ve 60 cm.x120 cm. slab üretiminin gerçekleştirilmesi planlanmaktadır.

Söz konusu üretim hattında üretilecek yeni ürünlerden sağlanacak hasılatın, 2025 yılı tahmini cirosunun %10-15 aralığına denk gelmesi tahmin edilmektedir.

A contract was signed with Italian SITI B&T Group S.p.A. for the purchase of "Supera Production Line - Stoned Glazed Porcelain Production System" in order to establish "Supera Production Line" in our production facilities in Çanakkale, Çan, was signed as of February 22, 2024. The delivery of the relevant machinery and equipment is expected to be completed within 4-6 months and production is scheduled to start in the last quarter of 2024.

With the new investment of EUR 5,54 million, which will be made within the scope of the Slab-Sinterflex investment stated in the prospectus and will be covered from the fund provided by the public offering, our existing old granite line will be renewed and developed in order to produce slab of 120 cm.x280 cm. and 60 cm.x120 cm.

It is estimated that the sales revenue from the products to be produced on the new production line will account for 10-15% of the estimated turnover in 2025.
