Kalesinterflex markası ile dünyanın ilk 3 mm kalınlığında porselen levha üreticisi olan Şirketimiz, porselen slab yatırımları kapsamında 1 x 3 metre ve 1,2 x 3,6 metre ebatlı üretim kapasitesini %50 arttıracak yatırım için System Ceramics Spa ile mutabakat anlaşması imzalamıştır.

İlk aşaması 1 Mayıs 2025'te, ikinci aşaması da 2025 sonunda tamamlanması beklenen, İzahnamede yer alan Slab-Sinterflex yatırımı kapsamında yapılacak ve halka arzdan sağlanan fondan karşılanacak yaklaşık 15 milyon EUR tutarındaki yatırım ile söz konusu ürünlerdeki kapasitenin 1,6 milyon m2'den 2,4 milyon m2'ye çıkarılması hedeflenmektedir.

Our company, which is the world's first 3 mm thick porcelain plate producer under Kalesinterflex brand, has signed a memorandum of understanding with System Ceramics Spa for an investment that will increase its production capacity of 1 x 3 meters and 1.2 x 3.6 meters by 50% within the scope of porcelain slab investments.

The first phase is expected to be completed on May 1, 2025 and the second phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. With the investment of approximately EUR 15 million to be made within the scope of the Slab-Sinterflex investment included in the Prospectus and to be covered by the fund provided from the public offering, it is aimed to increase the capacity of the said products from 1.6 million m2 to 2.4 million m2.
