As a result of the feasibility studies conducted at our marble quarry with license number 202201089, located within the boundaries of Hocalar District of Afyonkarahisar Province, for which the permit procedures have been completed by the General Directorate of Mining Affairs, it has been determined that production at a sufficient level of efficiency cannot be achieved.

Accordingly, with the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 22 December 2025, it has been decided to relinquish (abandon) the said mining license area.
