Şirketimizin 13.808.800 TL tutarındaki çıkarılmış sermayesinin 13.808.800 TL bedelli artırılarak 27.617.600 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin yeni pay alma haklarının (rüçhan hakkı) kullandırılması işlemleri 13.03.2020 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.
Ortaklarımızın yeni pay alma haklarını kullanma süresi içinde, kullanılmayan yeni pay alma haklarına karşılık gelen payların toplam nominal değeri 89.018,4 TL olup, kalan paylar, 17.03.2020 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasada satılmıştır. Böylece sermaye artırımı tamamlanmış olup toplam 13.878.771 TL fon sağlanmıştır.
