ilgili olarak nakit artırılan 100.000.000 TL nominal değerli payların ihracı izahnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde tamamlanarak bedelleri nakden ve tamamen ödenmiş olması sebebiyle, Şirketimizin yeni çıkarılmış sermayesi 200.000.000 TL'ye yükselmiştir. Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Payların Nev'i ve Devri" başlıklı 6. maddesi yeni şekliyle 20.09.2024 tarihinde Ticaret Sicilinde Tescil edilmiş olup, 20.09.2024 tarih ve 11169 No'lu Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.
