17 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde gerçekleşen Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında kar dağıtımına ilişkin karar onanmış olup gündem maddesine ait alınan karar aşağıda verilmektedir.
"Yönetim Kurulu'nun kâr payına ilişkin teklifinin Genel Kurul'da görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına geçildi. Yönetim Kurulu'nun 15 Nisan 2022 tarih ve 10 sayılı kararıyla; 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14-1 sayılı tebliğ hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan 2021 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarına göre ortaya çıkan 256.056.383 TL net dönem karından 12.618.184,25 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akça ayrılması ve kalan bakiyeden 16 Ağustos 2022 tarihinden itibaren nakden ve 1 defada brüt 100.000.000 TL kar dağıtılması teklif edilmiştir. Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi oylamaya sunuldu ve katılanların oy birliğiyle kabul edildi."
