Within the framework of the allocated capital increase, which was decided to be carried out by our Board of Directors with the decision dated 09.10.2024, the attached report prepared by our Board of Directors regarding the uses of the fund to be obtained from the capital increase, within the scope of Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Share Communiqué numbered VII-128.1 was accepted by the decision of our Board of Directors dated 09.10.2024.
