As part of the allocated capital increase, the Capital Markets Board (CMB), via its letter dated November 25, 2024, has provided our Company with the issuance document it approved regarding our application. Attached you can find the CMB-approved issuance document. The determined share sale price is 17.41 TL, and the total nominal value of the shares to be issued is 180,930,499 TL.

An application will be made to Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. to carry out wholesale trading transactions within the scope of the approved issuance document.
