In our announcement dated 21.01.2025 we stated that; our Company had submitted applications through our wholly owned subsidiaries (Kanat Enerji A.Ş., Pruva Enerji A.Ş., Komsun Enerji Tarım Hayvancılık İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., and Zengen Enerji A.Ş., respectively) for the YEKA RES-2024 tenders, announced by the Republic of Türkiye's Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources – General Directorate of Energy Affairs in the Official Gazette dated October 28, 2024, and numbered 32706. These tenders pertain to the allocation of renewable energy resource zones and connection capacities for wind energy projects totaling 1,110 MW and cover the following projects: Edirne RES/Edirne (410 MW), Balkaya RES/Kırklareli (340 MW), Sergen RES/Kırklareli (200 MW), and Yellice RES/Sivas (160 MW).
