Demirciler Hybrid Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project, with an installed capacity of 13.27 MW, (with license number EÜ/9381-15/04535  issued by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority), located in Bahçe district of Osmaniye province and owned by İmbat Enerji A.Ş., a wholly owned subsidiary of our company, Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., has completed the provisional acceptance in compliance with regulations, of its first part with a 4.25 MW installed capacity by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Türkiye as of 27.02.2025, and has commenced commercial energy generation. Consequently, since December 2024 hybrid SPP projects with an installed capacity of 72.5 MW have become operational.

Akfen Renewable Energy, in line with its investment program, is continuing commissioning the first phase of its investments, consisting of hybrid SPP and wind power plant (WPP) capacity increase projects totaling 188 MW. As of 27 February 2025, the company has reached a total installed capacity of 771.5 MW in renewable energy power plants through its subsidiaries.

Upon the completion of the hybrid SPP investments and additional WPP capacity increases under the first phase investments, the company will achieve approximately 887 MW of installed capacity in 2025.
