oda_AdditionalExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş.'nin "31 Mart 2025 tarihi itibarıyla ve aynı tarihte sona eren döneme ait konsolide finansal tabloları" 09.05.2025 tarihinde (bugün) KAP'ta ilan edilmiş olup, "Kar veya Zarar ve Diğer Kapsamlı Gelir Tablosu" verilerinin KAP "Finansal Rapor" şablonuna aktarılması esnasında "Dönem Karının (Zararının) Dağılımı"nda "Ana Ortaklık Payları" tutarı ile "Kontrol Gücü Olmayan Paylar" tutarı birbirlerinin yerine sehven hatalı yazılmış olup, doğru tutarlar; Ana Ortaklık Payları için 835.729 (bin) TL; Kontrol Gücü Olmayan Paylar için ise 385 (bin) TL'dir. Bununla birlikte, ilgili KAP açıklaması ekinde yer verilen finansal tablolarda ilgili tutarlar doğru başlıklar altında hatasız şekilde yer almaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		The "consolidated financial statements of our Company, Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., as of 31 March 2025 and for the period then ended" were disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 9 May 2025 (today). However, during the transfer of data from the "Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income" to the KAP "Financial Report" template, the figures for "Parent Company Shareholders" and "Non-controlling Interests" in the section "Distribution of Period Profit (Loss)" were inadvertently swapped. The correct figures are: 835,729 thousand TL for Parent Company Shareholders and 385 thousand TL for Non-controlling Interests. Nevertheless, the financial statements attached to the related KAP disclosure contain the correct figures under the correct headings without any errors. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
