- As announced in our Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) statement dated 23.01.2025, the first phase (4.5 MW) of the Denizli Hybrid Solar Power Plant Project (license number EÜ/3382-10/2050 issued by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority) with a total installed capacity of 5.76 MW and located in Denizli province of Korda Enerji Üretim Pazarlama İthalat İhracat A.Ş., a 100% subsidiary of our company, Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., was provisionally accepted by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Türkiye on 23.01.2025 and it has begun energy generation.
- Also, in our announcement dated 22.08.2025 we stated that Denizli Wind Power Plant (WPP) capacity increase project, with a total installed capacity of 24 MW had completed the provisional acceptance in compliance with regulations, of its first part with a 19.2 MW installed capacity by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Türkiye as of 22.08.2025, and has commenced commercial energy generation.

As of September 4, 2025 (today), provisional acceptances for the remaining 1.24 MW of the Denizli hybrid solar power plant project and the remaining 4.8 MW of the Denizli wind power plant capacity increase project have been completed, in accordance with the legislation, and energy generation has begun.

Thus, all hybrid solar power plants and wind power plant capacity increase projects totaling 24.0 MW of installed capacity, within our first phase of investments, have been put into operation. As of September 4, 2025, our Company, through its subsidiaries, has reached a total installed capacity of 808 MW in the renewable energy power plants it operates.

Our company is currently continuing its work to commission the remaining phase 1 investments, consisting of WPP capacity expansion investments, in accordance with its investment program. Upon completion of these WPP capacity expansion investments, our company will reach a capacity of approximately 887 MW by the end of 2025.
