Our company, Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş. ("Akfen Renewable Energy" or the "Company"), has completed the Feed-in Tariff (FiT, Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism) application to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) for 2026 on behalf of its licensed power plants with FiT eligibility. These plants include Çalıkobası HEPP, Solentegre SPP, Omicron Engil SPP, Omicron Erciş SPP, IOTA SPP, Yaysun SPP, MT Doğal SPP, ME-SE SPP, PSI SPP, Hasanoba WPP, Sarıtepe WPP, Demirciler WPP, Kocalar WPP, Denizli WPP, and Üçpınar WPP, with a total installed capacity of 548.34 MW. Meanwhile, power plants with expired FiT terms will sell the electricity they produce at the market price.
Thus, in 2026, 65% of our current total installed capacity of 869 MW, including unlicensed power plants still under FiT, will fall within the scope of FiT.
Our company retains the right to reassess developments during the year and make a new decision, whether to make use of FiT the following year, at the end of 2026.
