Our subsidiary Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş., owned 49.62% by our main shareholder Koç Holding A.Ş. and 49.62% by our Company, has submitted the highest offer of 1,276,000,000 TL for the privatization tender of Menzelet and Kılavuzlu Hydroelectric Power Plants, that was announced by the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Privatization Administration, by way of "Granting Operating Rights" for a period of 49 years and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4046 regarding the Implementations of Privatization.

The finalization of the result of the tender is subject to the permits of the Competition Board and Energy Market Regulatory Body and the final approval of High Board of Privatization.
