Our company is informed by Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS) that the Collective Labour Agreement for the period of 01.09.2017-31.08.2019 between MESS, which our company is a member of, and the Turkish Metal Union is signed. According to the agreement in brief;
· Hourly wages are conveyed to 9 TL/hour for the first six months; 1.60 TL/hour wage increase is to be done on equal basis and one-off 0.10 TL/hour is added to the hourly wages for every full year of seniority in the workplace, not exceeding 1.50 TL/hour. It is resolved to give raise in relation to consumer price index for the second, third and fourth six months' of the agreement.
· For the first year, all social/fringe benefits are increased by 23%, for the second year increases are determined in relation to consumer price index.
