Şirketimizin üyesi olduğu Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS) ile Türk Metal Sendikası arasında yürütülmekte olan Toplu İş Sözleşmesi müzakere sürecinde, Türk Metal Sendikası'nın almış olduğu grev kararına karşı MESS tarafından lokavt kararı alındığı ve lokavt uygulanma tarihinin sonradan tespit edilmesine karar verildiği Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.

Toplu İş Sözleşmesi imzalanması amacıyla görüşmeler halen devam etmekte olup, sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler, ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.

During the negotiation period for a Collective Labour Agreement between the Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS), which our company is a member of and the Turkish Metal Union, our company was informed that MESS has taken a decision to go on a lockout against the strike decision taken by the Turkish Metal Union and the lockout application date is to be determined later.

Negotiations are still in progress to sign the Collective Labor Agreement and significant developments in the process will be announced to the public under the relevant regulations.
