Our company is informed by Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS), the employer's union in metal line of business, that the Group Collective Labor Agreement Minutes for the period of 01.09.2019-31.08.2021 between MESS, which our company is a member of, and the Turkish Metal Union is signed.
According to the agreement in brief; - For the first six months, hourly wages of employees whose hourly wages are below 12 TL/hour, are increased by 30 kuruş, not exceeding 12 TL/hour; on top of that, wages of all employees are increased by 17%. In the second six months of the contract, it is decided to increase the wages by 6% (If the period inflation is above 6%, the difference will be added to the wage increase rate), in the 3rd and 4th six months, it is decided to increase wages by the CPI rate.
- All social benefits are increased by 20% for the first year, and the rate of increase for the second year is determined as CPI.
