Investor Relations Department's duties set out by article 11 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1 of Capital Markets Board (CMB Communiqué) have been assigned to Corporate Finance and Strategy Director Ali Sencer Turunç who works as a full time manager in our Company for the reason that Finance and Risk Director Şebnem Yücel who was executing the activities foreseen by the Communiqué is assigned to another duty within Koç Group as of 01.04.2022.
