It was resolved by our Company's Board of Directors to amend Article 6 of our Company's articles of association titled "Capital", d ue to the decrease of our Company's issued capital from TRY 300,000,000 to TRY 219,800,767 as a result of the demerger transaction, which was announced to the public on April 25, 2022. The amendment is approved by our shareholder at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on August 25, 2022. Attached is the final version of our Company's Articles of Association.
