Due to the decrease of our Company's issued capital from TRY 219,800,767 to TRY 205.905.619 as a result of the demerger transaction, which was announced to the public on 30.05.2023, it was resolved by our Company's Board of Directors to amend Article 6 of our Company's articles of association titled "Capital" as attached. The amendment is approved by Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Following the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, amendment will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting.
