oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimizin; 3.000.000.000 TL'ye kadar, bir veya birden fazla defada ve yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara ve/veya tahsisli olarak satılmak üzere borçlanma aracı (tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu) ihracı için yapmış olduğu başvuru, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 31.08.2023 ve 51/1055 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmıştır. Ekte, Başvuru Formu ile onaylı İhraç Belgesi ve eki bilgilerinize sunulmuştur.		Capital Markets Board approved our application regarding issuance of debt instruments (bonds and/or bills) with a total nominal value up to 3.000.000.000 TL and that the sale of which will be done one or several times domestically by way of selling to qualified investors and/or private placement excluding public offering, on 31.08.2023 with decision numbered 51/1055. Attached are the Application Form and Certificate of Issuance. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
