During the negotiation period for a Collective Labour Agreement between the Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS), which our company is a member of and the Turkish Metal Union, Turkish Metal Union has informed our company that Turkish Metal Union has taken a strike decision, for our cylinder manufacturing Gebze Facility and the the date of strike implementation is to be determined later.

Negotiations are still in progress to sign the Collective Labour Agreement and significant developments in the process will be announced to the public under the relevant regulations.
