It was resolved to participate in the capital increase of our Company's 55% subsidiary Sendeo Dağıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş., that will first decrease its capital to 400.000.000,00-TL by setting off 525.000.000,00-TL from current year loss while simultaneously raising its capital by 300.000.000,00-TL to 700.000.000,00-TL and to pay our pre-emptive rights corresponding to 165.000.000 TL by 21.03.2024.
