It was resolved to participate in the capital increase of our Company's 55% subsidiary Sendeo Dağıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş., that will first decrease its capital to 350.000.000,00-TL by setting off 350.000.000,00-TL from current year loss while simultaneously raising its capital by 250.000.000,00-TL to 600.000.000,00-TL and to pay our pre-emptive rights corresponding to 137.500.000 TL by 24.05.2024.
