The Board of Directors resolved, with its resolution dated 01.08.2024, within the framework of Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Corporate Governance No. II-17.1, due to Ali Sencer Turunç, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Strategy Director, who was responsible for Investor Relations Activities, being appointed to another position within the Koç Group, the duties described in Article 11 of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance will be carried out under the management of Deputy General Manager (Finance) Gökhan Dizemen and under the leadership of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager Kozan Nabi Çiftçi, with Investor Relations Leader Dalya Hasanca and Corporate Governance and Financial Operations Leader Billur Aslan.
