In order to meet the investment and financing needs required by the Company's activities, to diversify the borrowing structure and to extend the maturity, a loan agreement for USD 20,000,000 has been signed for a term of three years two weeks with principal repayment at maturity. Interest rate is determined as SOFR +2.5%. The loan is expected to be withdrawn until the end of the year. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
