Our company's Board of Directors has reviewed the sustainability targets of Aygaz A.Ş. in line with its sustainability strategy, and it has been decided that the company's climate-related activities will be carried out in the upcoming period in accordance with the following targets.

-        Reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 compared to the 2017 baseline,

- Achieving carbon neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050,

- Achieving 50% reduction in specific process-based hazardous waste by 2030 compared to the 2017 baseline,

-        Reducing clean water consumption by 25% by 2030 compared to the 2023 baseline.

Our stakeholders will be informed about the work carried out and projects undertaken throughout the year on relevant topics in our reports shared with the public, which include our performance in the field of sustainability.

Additionally,

2024 TSRS-Compliant Sustainability Report of Aygaz A.Ş., prepared in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) pursuant to the regulations of the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority of Turkey, and subject to mandatory sustainability assurance audit by Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., is attached. Aygaz A.Ş. 2024 Sustainability Report, which has been prepared to publicly share comprehensive information about our company's sustainability practices, has been disclosed on our corporate website (www.aygaz.com.tr).
