7 Şubat 2025 tarihinde yapılan KAP açıklamamızda ; pay geri alım programı başlatıldığı, program dahilinde geri alıma konu edilebilecek azami pay sayısının 5.000.000 adet (5.000.000 TL nominal), geri alım için ayrılacak fonun en fazla 230.000.000 TL olarak belirlendiği belirtilmişti.
Program kapsamında, yukarıda belirtilen fiyat ve adetlerde pay geri alım işlemleri gerçekleştirilmiş olup, şirketin sahip olduğu BIGCH pay toplamı 772.649 adede ulaşmıştır. Geri alınan payların Şirket sermayesine oranı %0,7221 olmuştur.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun Geri Alınan Paylar Tebliği'nin 5. Maddesi uyarıca 11.02.2025 tarihinde başlatılan Şirket paylarının geri alım programı 30.04.2025 itibarıyla sona ermiştir.
