Our application to the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade regarding the amendment of Article 2, titled "Company Name," of our Company's Articles of Association was approved on September 5, 2025, and the approval letter was received by our Company on the same date.
The amendment text is attached hereto.
T he said amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held.
