Şirketimizin 145.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, "Emisyon Primi", "Özsermaye Enflasyon Düzeltme Farkları" ve "Geçmiş Yıl Karları" hesabından karşılanmak üzere 8.855.000.000 TL arttırılarak, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) II-18.1 sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği'nin 6 ncı maddesinin altıncı fıkrası uyarınca bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 600.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanının aşılarak, 9.000.000.000 TL'na yükseltilmesine ilişkin Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6 ncı maddesinin tadili 25.03.2025 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş olup, 25.03.2025 tarih ve 11299 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.
