Şirketimizin 450.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 25.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin mevcut ortakların rüçhan haklarının kullanılarak tamamı nakden olmak üzere 50.000.000 TL tutarında (%200 bedelli) artırılarak 75.000.000 TL'ye çıkartılması ile ilgili olarak nakit olarak artırılan 50.000.000 TL nominal değerli payların ihracı izahnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde tamamlanarak bedelleri nakden ve tamamen ödenmiş olması sebebiyle, Şirketimizin yeni çıkarılmış sermayesi 75.000.000 TL'ye yükselmiş olup, şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar " başlıklı 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak uygun görüş alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun bugün tarafımıza tebliğ edilen 25.07.2019 tarih ve E.10053 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanmıştır.
