At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on June 11, 2025, BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi was appointed as the independent audit firm to audit the financial reports for the 2025 fiscal year.

The General Assembly resolution was registered on June 13, 2025, and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated June 13, 2025, and numbered 11350.
