Söz konusu değişiklik Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın uygun görüşünü takiben yapılacak ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulacaktır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, metinler arası farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama metni esas kabul edilecektir.		The application submitted to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the amendment of Article 3 titled "Purpose and Scope" of the Company's Articles of Association, as attached, has been approved. The said amendment will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held following the approval of the Ministry of Trade of Türkiye. The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish text shall prevail.
