Şirketimizin 27.05.2025 (bugün) tarihli Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 02.05.2025 tarihli önerisi çerçevesinde; 31.12.2024 tarihi itibarıyla Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarına göre 691.194.087 TL dönem net karı elde ettiği, buna karşın; Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlara göre oluşan finansal tablolarında ise 257.146.442,80 TL dönem zararı gerçekleştiği görülmüş,
VUK hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre dağıtılabilir net dönem karı oluşmadığından kar payı dağıtılamaması,
VUK hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan 257.146.442,80 TL cari yıl dönem zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına aktarılması,
Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan 691.194.087 TL ana ortaklığa ait net dönem karının ise ilgili finansal tablolarda geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılması hususlarına karar verilmiştir.
