In the classification made under the Corporate Governance Communiqué, our company is included in the first group in 2022. The independent memberships of our current independent board members, Ms. Fatma Pınar ILGAZ and Ms. Aytaç Saniye MUTLUGÜLLER were evaluated by the Corporate Governance Committee and a report was prepared and presented to the Board of Directors. At our Company's Board of Directors meeting dated 15 March 2022 and numbered 2022/06, within the framework of the aforementioned committee report, it has been decided that the candidacy of Ms. Fatma Pınar ILGAZ and Ms. Aytaç Saniye MUTLUGÜLLER be submitted to the Capital Markets Board and for approval at the first General Assembly to be held.

CMB application was made on 16 March 2022.
