By resolution of our Company's Board of Directors dated on May 13,2024, our recommendation regarding the determination of " Denge Bağımsız Denetim Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi" (MAZARS) as an Independent Audit Company for the accounting period between January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 has been decided to be submitted to the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly when it will be held on June 06,2024 for approval.
