At the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated June 06, 2024, it was decided to select Denge Bağımsız Denetim Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (MAZARS) as the independent audit Company for the independent audit activities to be carried out in the accounting period of January 01,2024 – December 31, 2024.

Independent Audit Company were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on June 10, 2024 and the registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated June 10, 2024, page 1482 and numbered 11100.
