Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri

" birlikte dikkate alındığında vergi sonrası 61.484.171 TL, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 138.224.223,06 TL net kâr elde edilmiştir.

nümüzdeki dönem yatırım harcamalarında kullanılması ve Şirketimizin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla 2022 yılı olağan genel kurulunda 2022 yılı karından kar payı dağıtılmamasına ilişkin teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
