In the meeting held by the Board of Directors of our company on September 28, 2023; with the aim of meeting the increasing demand for PPRC infrastructure pipes from Middle Eastern countries:


1. In addition to the existing 5 lines at our Istanbul pipe factory, to increase the capacity by 100% through an investment of 5 new lines for the production of PPRC infrastructure pipes at our Elazig factory,


2. To commence modernization and transformation work to make the machines and equipment on the 5 idle lines suitable for PPRC production for this purpose,


3. To start production in October 2023, following the completion of modernization and transformation work,


4. To finance the modernization and transformation expenses from our company's existing internal sources,


was decided unanimously.
