Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve Akademik Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre "Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri" ve "Dönem Vergi Gideri" birlikte dikkate alındığında vergi sonrası 573.513.684 TL net dönem zararı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre ise vergi sonrası 187.886,133 TL net kâr elde edilmiştir.
Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun Genel Kurul'a sunduğu öneri çerçevesinde yapılan müzakereler neticesinde; 2024 yılına ilişkin finansal tablolarda net dönem zararın olması dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla kar payı dağıtılmamasına katılanların 250.155,555 ret oyuna karşılık 279.745.084,244 kabul oyu sonucu oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
