The procedures for increasing the issued capital of our Company from TL 1,145,000,000 to TL 1,717,500,000 have been completed and the amendments made to Article 7 of the Articles of Association titled "Capital and Shares" were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 14 August 2023 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette No. 10892 of the same date.
In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
