Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin "Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü" başlıklı 11.maddesi gereği; Sermaye Piyasası Faaliyetleri Düzey 3 Lisansı ve Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Lisansı sahibi Tülay ÖZTÜRK'ün Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yöneticisi olarak atanmasına karar verilmiştir.
