Rec Uluslararası İnşaat Yatırım San. ve Tic. for the "İzmir Konak Mixed Project Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale" work on the immovable property numbered 8601, Block 8601, Parcel 2, Konak District, İzmir Province, owned by our Company. And Tic. AŞ on 09/03/2023 has been terminated with the Substitution Agreement signed on 17/05/2024 with the mutual agreement of the parties, without any rights and debts for both parties.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
