In order to renew its corporate governance rating, our Company has signed a contract on June 24, 2024 for a period of one year with "DRC DERECELENDİRME HİZMETLERİ AŞ", which has an operating license to perform rating in Turkey in accordance with the Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Principles.


It is respectfully announced to the public.


In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
