Our Company's Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating has been increased from 9.33 to 9.39 as of 20.09.2024 by DRC DERECELELENDİRME HİZMETLERİ AŞ as a result of the evaluation under four main weighted headings (Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors).



In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall  prevail.
