By the Board of Directors of our Company,

Pursuant to Article 35 titled "Selection of Real Estate Appraisal Institution" of the CMB's "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts" numbered III.48-1;
In order to carry out the real estate appraisal works of our Company for the year 2025, Reel Gayrimenkul Değerleme AŞ has been selected for 2025 year-end appraisal services for the real estates in our portfolio,

It has been decided to receive services from Vera Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık AŞ and Reel Gayrimenkul Değerleme AŞ for the valuation services for the assets that are not included in our portfolio but will require valuation in 2025.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
