* Net kar payı hesaplaması yapılırken halka açık payların tamamının gerçek kişilerden oluştuğu varsayılarak % 15 stopaj oranı
uygulanmıştır. Dağıtım tarihinde Merkez Kayıt Kurulusu' ndan alınacak bilgiler doğrultusunda stopaj durumu değişebilecektir.
* Dağıtılan nakit 701.704,79 TL olduğundan , özsermayenin %5'i 800.000 TL' ye denk gelmektedir. Dolayısı ile Genel kanuni yedek akçe
