Şirketimizin 13.03.2025 ve 24.03.2025 tarihlerinde alınan Yönetim Kurulu Kararları ile 100.000 TL ödenmiş sermayemizin %299.900 oranında ve 299.900.000 TL iç kaynaklardan (sermaye düzeltmesi olumlu farklarından) karşılanarak sermayeye eklenmesi ile sermayemizin toplamda 300.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin SPK'ya yapılan başvurumuz onaylanarak 05.09.2025 tarih ve 2025/47 sayılı SPK Bülteni'nde yayımlanmıştır. Belge orjinallerinin teslim alınmasına müteakip MKK ve tescil süreçleri yürütülecektir.
