Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12 Mart 2020 1114 nolu kararı ile,

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri (II - 14.1 No'lu) "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2019 – 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 2.433.207,58-TL "Net Dönem Kârı" elde edilmiştir. Söz konusu dönem karının, Esas Sözleşmemizin 30. Maddesi gereği ve SPK Tebliğlerine uygun olarak Geçmiş Yıl Zararları, Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ve Yasal Yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra aşağıdaki gibi dağıtılmasına,
